INGREDIENTS:-

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Basmati rice half kg
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Peanut Crushed Sikki Cup
  • A little bit of saffron
  • Milk 1 cup
  • One and a half teaspoons of salt
  • Butter Sikki Cup

prepared method:-

Wash the rice in a bowl and boil it. Now mix the meat with pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, papaya paste, garam masala powder and marinate it well for 5 to 6 hours.

Then spread the meat in a pot with butter and cover it with half-boiled rice and cook it. Now mix saffron with milk and pour it. Simmer on low heat for a quarter of an hour. Take down and serve hot delicious Irani Biryani.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Beef 2 kg
  • Polao rice 1 kg
  • Ghee 250 grams
  • Half a kilo of potatoes
  • One cup of onion paste
  • Cinnamon 8-10 pieces
  • Cardamom 10-12
  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder (cinnamon, cardamom, jaiphal, jaitri, shajira and pepper) 1 tbsp
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • Sourdough is one and a half cups
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Alubokhara 14-15 hrs
  • Raisins 20 o’clock
  • Rose water 1 tablespoon
  • Salt in moderation

prepared method:-

Wash the meat and drain the water. Put the meat in a pot with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, sugar, sour cream, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and keep it for half an hour.

Rub the meat well with garam masala powder, half ghee and keep it for 10 minutes. Now pour two cups of milk over the meat. Potatoes are salted and fried in oil and put on the meat.

Wash and half boil the rice and put it on the meat. Spread the remaining half of ghee, onion paste, raisins, potatoes, rose water and keep it in the oven for an hour on low heat.

Mix the flour and close the mouth of the pot before putting it in the oven to prevent the steam from escaping. After an hour reduce the heat and keep it simmering. Put the pot on tawa and keep it on low flame.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Rice – 2 cups
  • Beef – half a kg
  • Yogurt- 2 cups
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Chopped mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Black Cardamom – 2
  • Cinnamon- 2 pieces
  • Cloves – 5
  • Green Cardamom – 2
  • Cumin- 2 tsp
  • Roast cashew nuts- 3 tbsp
  • Raisins fried – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder- 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- one and a half teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Jaiphal- 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron- 1/2 tsp
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Ghee- for frying
  • Salt – as required

prepared method:-

Cover the meat with chili powder, curd, salt and turmeric powder and leave it for an hour. Add ghee to a pan on medium flame. When ghee is hot, add cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander powder, jaiphal and garam masala powder.

Keep frying on low flame. After 5 minutes add the meat to the pan. Shake well and cover the pot. Cook for 20 minutes. Boil rice with green cardamom and salt in another pan. Put the boiled rice in the bowl. Add milk and saffron to the pan. Spread boiled rice on top.

Then layer the meat mixture. Add saffron again. Mix with a spoon. Stir again with raisins and cashew nuts. Chop coriander leaves and keep the pot on low heat for 15 minutes.

4. Nawabi Mutton Biryani Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Basmati rice 1 kg
  • Beef (cut into small pieces) 2 kg
  • 7 onion slices
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • 5 dry chillies
  • Cinnamon 3 pieces
  • Yogurt 2 cups (beaten)
  • Cardamom 5
  • 8 bell peppers
  • 8 cloves
  • Shaheezira 1 tsp
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • A little bit of saffron
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Coriander or mint leaves 1 tsp
  • Potatoes, raisins, nuts, dry fruits
  • Ghee and salt to taste

Heat ghee in a pot and fry potatoes, raisins, almonds, dry fruits with little salt. Now fry the onion. Marinate the meat with curd, ginger onion-garlic-paste, turmeric powder and salt. Heat ghee in a pot and cook it with meat.

Now heat ghee in another pot and fry all the spices for a while and add rice. Now cook Polao with enough hot water with salt. Keep in mind that the poola should be slightly undercooked.

In a large pot, first boil some meat, then add a little garam masala powder with the meat, make several layers like this. Add saffron soaked milk.
