- 1/2 cup sour yogurt

Preparation of Vegetable Biryani Ingredients
Almost all the ingredients can be bought at market grocery stores and vegetable shops.
First of all, at least half an hour before cooking, basmati rice should be washed well and soaked and placed in a strainer before cooking, so that the rice water drains and the rice remains dry.
Now cut the potato and carrot into small pieces to the size of vegetables. Must peel potatoes and carrots. Then prepare the vegetables. Place the vegetables on a cutting board and cut them. Cut 10 12 pieces of cauliflower.
A medium sized onion should be chopped. 3-4 green chillies should be taken. If you like to eat Jhal, you can increase the number of green chillies. And if you like Jhal a little less, then take the amount. Now make ginger and garlic paste.

A pot or kadai should be placed on the stove for cooking biryani. The stove should be lit on low flame. Now add 4 cups of water, some oil, salt and garam masala to the pan.
You can buy garam masala from any grocery store. Garam masala ingredients available at home can also be given. Garam masala adds aroma to biryani. Now you can add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. It is very important to put every ingredient in the container.
Because it keeps the taste and aroma of biryani right. This oil and water mixture should be heated. Now the rice should be poured into the hot water of the pot. As the rice is soaked for half an hour.

The garam masala ingredients should be added while cooking the rice. For example, 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamoms, 4-5 cloves. But there is no need to give cumin at this moment.
The ingredients should be fried till the fragrance comes out. Before adding the garam masala, the oil should not be heated too much, as this may burn the masala. After the aroma comes out, 1 teaspoon of cumin should be left in the oil.
